The short answer is yes. All of our products contain various types of cannabinoids which come from the Cannabis Sativa plant. Each cannabinoid provides different effects/feelings on the body. 

 

Our cannabinoid blends are meticulously chosen based on the effects they will provide the user. With that said, humans are all unique and so are our CB1 and CB2 receptors in our body, therefore allowing the users affect to vary.

Absolutely! In 2018, the Farm Bill was passed, clarifying that all hemp derivatives are fully legal in the United States as long as their Delta 9 THC content remains below 0.3%. All our products are hemp-derived and undergo thorough third-party testing to ensure they abide by the legal THC limit. However, there are a few states that have chosen to prohibit the sale of these products. Please be aware of your state’s regulations prior to ordering.

For optimal storage of your products, it’s recommended to keep them at room temperature. Avoid exposing them to direct sunlight or very warm places such as leaving them in your car, as this may impact their quality. Storing your products in a cool, dry place will help maintain their integrity and ensure they remain as effective as intended.

Shipping & Return

How is my package shipped?

Discrete so you don’t have to worry 🙂 Smaller orders will be shipped in unbranded bubble mailers. Larger orders are shipped in unbranded cardboard boxes. We ensure security and confidentiality so you don’t have to worry.

Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent an email notification that includes your tracking number. Keep in mind this email will be sent to the email associated with your order. In case you don’t find this email in your inbox, kindly check your spam folder. If it’s not there, please contact us via our Contact Form and our customer service team will get you your order details and tracking number.

Our standard shipping time is typically 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that this is an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary based on factors such as your location and any unforeseen circumstances during transit. For more precise tracking information, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. If you have any specific concerns about your order’s delivery, feel free to reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

Our return policy extends for a duration of 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we will no longer be able to process your return.

 

To qualify for a return, your item must be at least ¾ full (as determined at STNR’s discretion) and in the same condition as when you received it, or it should be defective. Certain types of goods may not be eligible for return. 

 

Please note that we do not facilitate refunds or exchanges for products acquired through a third party.

 

If you purchased a defective device from a local store rather than directly from us, kindly address the exchange with the store. We have established return policies with all the shops directly selling our products. These retailers can handle the exchange process efficiently, sending any defects they received back to us and obtaining replacements on their end, ensuring a quicker turnaround for your replacement as well.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

We issue all refunds to the original credit card you used to make the purchase. After the request is processed, it may take up to 2-3 business days to see the refund reflected on your account statement. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We do not offer Refunds on products purchased through a 3rd Party.
