Overview
Our Returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be be full (at least 3/4 of the way – to STNRs discretion) and in the same condition that you received it or defective. Several types of goods may be exempt from being returned.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products purchased through a 3rd party.
If you purchased a defective device from a local store and not directly through us, you will have to exchange the device through them directly. We have return policies in place with all the shops we directly sell to that carry our product. They are then able to send all defects they receive back to us and receive replacements on their end, also allowing you to receive your replacement at a much faster rate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We issue all refunds to the original credit card you used to make the purchase. After the request is processed, it may take up to 2-3 business days to see the refund reflected on your account statement. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We do not offer Refunds on products purchased through a 3rd Party.
Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
