STNR Creations Return Policy

At STNR Creations, we prioritize delivering high-quality products to our valued customers. However, we do not offer a return policy for any purchases made. All sales are considered final upon payment.

 

Defective Equipment Purchased from Third-Party Vendors: 

 

In the event you have purchased defective equipment from a third-party vendor, we advise you to return the equipment to the original place of purchase for resolution, following their return policy.

 

Defective Equipment Purchased from STNR Creations: 

 

We offer a limited return policy only for defective equipment purchased directly from us within a 30-day period from the date of purchase. 

To qualify for a return:

  1. The equipment must retain at least 75% of its original capacity.
  2. The defect must not have resulted from misuse, neglect, or alteration.

To initiate a return for defective equipment, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact our customer support via the contact form available on our website, providing details of the defect and proof of purchase.

  2. Upon approval from our customer support, send the defective equipment to:

  3. Ensure to include a copy of the proof of purchase and a brief note explaining the defect within the return package.

Upon receipt and inspection of the defective equipment, if the return is approved, we will process a replacement. Please note that the replacement process may take up to two weeks from the receipt of the defective equipment.
